Directorate General Assam Rifles had announced 354 vacancies for Technical and Tradesman posts (Warrant Officer, Rifleman and Havildar) under the cancelled advertisement. Candidates with Class 10 / 10+2 with ITI, Diploma or a relevant degree (trade-wise) were eligible. The age limit was 18 to 23 years as on 01 July 2026 (post-wise). Online applications, open from 28 September 2026 to 28 October 2026, are no longer valid. Selection was planned through PST and PET, Computer Based Test, Trade Skill Test, Document Verification and Medical. Only male candidates could apply.
