ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, has announced 25 vacancies for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Candidates with qualifications as per NMC norms and NMC / State Medical Council registration are eligible. The maximum age is 67 years as on the date of the interview. The walk-in interview was on 22 October 2026. Selection will be through an interview before the selection board. This recruitment has 1 selection stage, in the order shown below.
- Two passport size photographs
- Self-attested copies with originals at the interview covering age, education, experience, research papers, publications and PPO
- EWS income and asset certificate (as per DOPT letter dated 31 January 2019), if applicable
- Caste certificate for SC / ST / OBC / EWS (OBC and EWS in Central Govt format, not more than one year old), if applicable
- NMC / State Medical Council (Rajasthan) registration certificate
- Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate from DGAFMS (for superannuated AFMS teachers)
- NOC or relieving certificate from previous or current employer, if applicable
- 1There is no online application. Check that you meet the qualification (as per NMC Gazette notification dated 30 June 2025) and the maximum age of 67 years on the interview date.
- 2Fill in the application on the prescribed performa. Prepare a Demand Draft of Rs. 225 in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c No. 1' from any scheduled bank, payable at Jaipur and issued after the advertisement date (not needed for SC / ST / PwD, women and ex-servicemen). The fee is non-refundable and no other mode is accepted.
- 3Keep two passport photographs and self-attested copies of all documents ready, along with the originals, for verification.
- 4Attend in person on 22 October 2026. Report between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Laxmi Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. The centre may change. No TA / DA is paid for the interview.

- All 25 posts are provisional and may increase or decrease with the actual requirement.
- Engagement is contractual for one year or until a regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. It can be extended by another year on satisfactory performance. Either side must give one month's notice and there is no right to confirmation.
- A candidate eligible for a higher post may also be interviewed for a lower post, with temporary upgradation of the lower post if selected. Army retired medical teachers are included but there is no separate quota for them.
