National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), Kolkata, has announced 321 vacancies for Administrative Officer (Scale I). Candidates with a graduation or post-graduation in the relevant discipline (CA / CMA / Law / Engineering / Agriculture / any stream, discipline-wise) are eligible. - Probation is 1 year, extendable twice by 6 months each. Selected candidates must pass the non-life Licentiate Exam of the Insurance Institute of India (III).
- Service bond is a minimum of 4 years including probation, with liquidated damages equal to one year's gross salary. If a candidate is terminated or resigns during probation, the gross salary received plus Rs 25,000 must be paid.
- Minimum initial posting is 5 years. Specialists stay in their specialisation for at least 10 years. Company Secretaries are mainly posted at Head Office, Kolkata.
