Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced 150 vacancies for Junior Executive (Short Term). Candidates with a full-time Engineering / Technology degree in the relevant discipline are eligible. The maximum age is 28 years as on 17 October 2026 (with category-wise relaxation). Applications were open online from 07 October 2026 to 17 October 2026 and are now closed. This recruitment has 2 selection stages, in the order shown below.
- OBC-NCL certificate not older than 6 months as on 17.10.2026
- EWS income and asset certificate valid for FY 2026-27 (based on FY 2025-26)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates employed in Government / PSU etc., at document verification
- Proof of aggregate marks of the qualifying degree, at the interview

A. Basic pay is Rs. 30,000 per month in the E0 scale (Rs. 30,000-1,20,000), plus DA, HRA and other allowances.

- This is a contract (short-term) engagement for a maximum of 3 years with no extension. Either party can end it with one month's notice or pay in lieu.
- Pay: basic Rs. 30,000 with 3% annual increment in years 2 and 3. Also medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 25,000 a year, PF, gratuity (after one year, pro-rata), leave and company quarters where available.
- Only external candidates are considered. A pre-employment medical examination is required.
- Locations: Bengaluru and Tumakuru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana), Nasik (Maharashtra), Koraput (Odisha), Barrackpore (West Bengal), Lucknow, Kanpur and Korwa (Uttar Pradesh).
