Oil India Limited (OIL) has announced 32 vacancies for Executive posts in Grade A, B and C. Candidates with a Graduate / Post Graduate degree, Ph.D. or CA / CMA (post-wise) are eligible. Applications are open online from 15 October 2026 to 14 November 2026. Selection will be through a Computer Based Test, Interview (Grade B and C) or Skill Test (Grade A), and Medical and Document Verification. The number of vacancies is provisional and may change. •Superintending Research Scientist (CH-01), Grade C: Ph.D. in Chemistry with M.Sc. Chemistry (2-year, 60%), or Ph.D. in Geology with Master's in Geology / Applied Geology (60%), or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with Master's in Chemical Engineering (60%), or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering with Master's in Petroleum Engineering (60%). Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience (scientific / engineering / R&D / technology development in oil and gas, energy, chemicals or materials).
•Senior Officer, Mechanical (ME-02), Grade B: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with minimum 65% marks. Certain branches such as Automation, Automobile, Industrial, Power, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics, Mining, Marine and Robotics Engineering are excluded.
•Senior Officer, Petroleum (PE-03), Grade B: Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering / Technology of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks, and Engineering at graduation level.
•Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor (AC-04), Grade B: Associate Member of ICAI or ICMAI (membership certificate required).

HOW TO APPLY

- 5Submit the form and print it. If several forms are submitted, only the one with the higher Application Sequence Number counts. The form can be edited only before final submission and the category cannot be changed once filled.

- Posting is in any OIL operational area, primarily Field Headquarters Duliajan, Assam, and the job is transferable. All selected candidates serve a one-year probation.

- AC-II train fare is reimbursed only for the interview / skill test; no fare is paid for the CBT. Medical fitness (PEME) is done at OIL Hospital Duliajan or by a Government Medical Officer.
