- Executive posts have no seats for PwBD candidates (hazardous operations). In the Supervisory notice PwBD candidates can apply only for Supervisor (Nesting): low vision, deaf and hard of hearing, and locomotor disability (one arm, one leg, both legs, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims).
- Selected candidates are placed at the minimum of the pay scale. The rank list is valid for up to 18 months. Posting can be at the UCSL Malpe unit or project sites anywhere in India or abroad.
- Benefits include DA (55.7% at present), HRA 10%, CPF, accident insurance, medical reimbursement, leave encashment and NPS.
- Executive interview candidates get Third AC rail fare, except for interviews held through electronic media. Supervisor candidates get no TA for the written test; SC / ST candidates get sleeper-class fare for document verification.
- UCSL may increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment. Dates for the interview, test and PPT will be intimated by email and on the websites.
