Railway Recruitment Cell, South Eastern Railway (RRC/SER), Kolkata, has announced 2 vacancies for Classical Dance and Instrumental Music (Cultural Quota). Candidates with a 12th pass (or 10th plus ITI / NAC) and a Degree / Diploma / Certificate in the cultural discipline are eligible. The age limit is 18 to 30 years as on 01 January 2027 (with category-wise relaxation). Applications are open online from 17 October 2026 to 16 November 2026. Selection will be through a Written Test and a Practical Demonstration. - 3Fill in the online application and pay the fee online through Internet Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card. Choose the refund option on the form.

- The written test (Stage-I) and the practical demonstration (Stage-II) dates are yet to be notified. The call letter is sent 15 days before the written test.
- No TA/DA is paid for the written test. SC/ST candidates get a Second-Class railway pass.
- The fee refund option must be chosen on the application form. Rs. 400 is refunded to General/UR/OBC candidates and the full Rs. 250 to the other groups on appearing in the written test.
